This course series provides professionals and business leaders with a clear, non-technical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their role in modern organisations. Learners develop the knowledge needed to use, evaluate, and oversee LLM-based tools with confidence, sound judgement, and appropriate risk awareness.

Across the series, learners explore how LLMs work, where they perform well, where they fail, and what responsible use looks like in real workplace contexts, including governance, accountability, and decision-making in Aotearoa New Zealand.
